Barre with Shenandoah

Instructor Bio: After losing 50 pounds with Piloxing (plus other lifestyle changes!), certified Piloxing and Barre instructor Shenandoah is living proof that fitness changes lives. Her classes are uplifting, inspiring, and accessible to all fitness levels. With plenty of spunk, support, and humor, Shenandoah guides her students through dynamic and challenging workouts where everyone leaves prouder, stronger, longer, and more confident. 

Class Format: MINT barre combines elements of ballet technique, Pilates, and yoga to give you a low-impact, high-intensity workout to both strengthen and stretch your body in a fun, safe environment.
